½ Violife Supreme Cheddarton
200g cranberry sauce
1 puff pastry
Fresh thyme leaves

Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
Grate the Supreme Cheddarton quite finely.
Cut the puff pastry into squares and press each square into a greased muffin tin or a smaller muffin tin.
Add one tablespoon of shredded cheddar to each cup, followed by one tablespoon of cranberry sauce, and then another layer of cheddar on top.
Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the Violife is melted and bubbly.
Top with fresh thyme and serve warm.
