Heat a griddle pan on high heat and add your vegetables either one at a time or all together and drizzle with olive oil. Grill for 5-10 minutes until golden and charred. Sprinkle with rosemary sprigs and salt and set aside.
Repeat for the baguette slices until golden and crisp.
Rub the base of a medium saucepan or fondue pot with the garlic clove over medium heat. Add Violife Original flavour Grated and Le Rond, wine and the cornstarch and stir until melted for about 6-8 minutes. Add some freshly ground pepper and remove from heat.
Serve in a fondue pot to keep warm, side with the roasted vegetables, bread and fruits and sprinkle with chili flakes to garnish. Enjoy!
