Epic Stuffed Onion Rings
Fantastic Epic Stuffed Onion Rings served with marinara sauce! No one can resist this scrumptious delicacy with Violife EPIC block! Enjoy the perfect melt!

- 200 g Violife Epic Cheddar flavour block, cut in 0,5cm strips
- 3 large white onions, in 1cm slices
- 250 g flour
- 350 ml oat milk
- A pinch of salt
- 300 g panko breadcrumbs, blended finely
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- marinara sauce for serving
- Place a small onion ring inside a larger one. Fill the space between them with Violife EPIC block strips. Repeat with the remaining onions and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Place 50g of flour in a bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl add the remaining flour, oat milk and salt and mix well. Add the breadcrumbs into a third bowl.
- To coat, first dip each ring in flour, then into the batter and finally into the breadcrumbs. Dip in the breadcrumbs and then again in the batter once more, until coated evenly.
- Repeat with the remaining onion rings and place in the freezer.
- Heat a large deep pan with vegetable oil on high heat and deep fry the rings a few at a time for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove to a kitchen paper to soak up any excess oil and serve with marinara sauce on the side. Enjoy!
