Broccoli “Caesar” Salad

FOR THE DRESSING:

• 2.65 oz Violife Just like Parmesan, finely grated
• 2 tbsp Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Original
• 1 garlic clove thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• salt and pepper
• 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

FOR THE SALAD:

• 2.65 oz Violife Just like Parmesan flakes
• 1 broccoli, in florets
• 1/2 of savoy cabbage
• A bunch of kale
• Zest of 1 lemon
• freshly cracked black pepper
• 1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp salt
