  1. Boil the pasta in salted water. Cook following package instruction.
  2. Heat a medium pan over medium heat and sauté the chicken.
  3. Add in the onion, peppers, garlic and seasoning and sauté for about 10 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the puree and BBQ sauce along with the stock. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle in the Violife shreds and stir until melted and remove from heat.
  6. Add the pasta into the pan and stir until combined.
  7. Garnish with chili and fresh parsley.
  8. Serve and enjoy warm.
