  • 1 Violife Just Like Cheddar Shreds
  • 1 Violife Just Like Mozzarella Shreds
  • 10 oz pasta of your choice
  • 17 vegan chicken (diced)
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 3 colorful peppers, finely diced
  • 2 tsp garlic purée or 2 cloves
  • 1tbs smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1-2 tbs fajita seasoning
  • 10 oz vegetable stock
  • 4 oz light single cream, or vegan alternative
  • Garnish with chili and coriander (optional)
  1. Boil the pasta in salted water. Cook following package instruction.
  2. Heat a medium pan over medium heat and sauté the chicken. Add in the onion, peppers and garlic and sauté for about 10 minutes until fragrant. Add in the remaining seasoning and then pour in the stock.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes and then pour in the cream. Sprinkle in the Violife shreds, stir until melted and remove from heat. Add the pasta into the pan and stir until combined.
  4. Garnish with chili and coriander. Serve and enjoy warm.
