Dairy-free Cream Cheese
Creamy Scrambled Eggs

- 1 tablespoon Violife Plant Butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 ounces Violife Just LIke Cream Cheese Block, cut into cubes
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives
- salt and pepper to taste
- Add Plant Butter to skillet and heat over medium heat until melted.
- Add eggs and cook over medium heat stirring frequently until eggs begin to set.
- Add Violife Just Like Cream Cheese and cook until melted and eggs are set.
- Top with the chives and salt and pepper to taste.
