  • 1 tablespoon Violife Plant Butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 ounces Violife Just LIke Cream Cheese Block, cut into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Add Plant Butter to skillet and heat over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add eggs and cook over medium heat stirring frequently until eggs begin to set.
  3. Add Violife Just Like Cream Cheese and cook until melted and eggs are set.
  4. Top with the chives and salt and pepper to taste.
