  • 1 Violife Just Like Feta
  • 2 pieces of sourdough bread
  • 2 small corn on the cob
  • 1 large avocado, smashed
  • ½ lime, juice only
  • 1 pickled red onion, sliced
  • A handful of cilantro
  • salt and pepper
  1. Heat a griddle pan over medium high heat. Grill the corn on the cobs for 10 minutes, turning frequently. Season well and set aside.
  2. Mash the avocado with the lime juice and spread onto the sourdough slices. Season well.
  3. Slice the corn off the grilled cobs and sprinkle on top of the avocado.
  4. Crumble the Violife Just Like Feta on top and garnish with the pickled onion and fresh cilantro leaves.
