Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
It’s BBQ season! Must try grilled Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms topped with perfectly melted Violife Just Like Mozzarella sheds. 100% irresistible!

- 8 oz Violife Just Like Mozzarella shreds
- 6 portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh basil to taste, chopped
- dash extra virgin olive oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Thyme leaves to garnish
- In a bowl mix cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the mushrooms evenly with tomato mix and sprinkle a generous amount of Violife Just Like Mozzarella shreds.
- Throw on a preheated barbecue and grill for 10 minutes with a closed lid, until Violife shreds have melted nicely. Garnish with thyme leaves and serve!
