  • 150 γρ Violife Creamy Original
  • 2 σκελίδες σκόρδο
  • Ξύσμα από 2 λεμόνια
  • 2 κ.σ. μηλόξυδο
  • 1 αγγούρι, τριμμένο και κοσκινισμένο
  • 5 κ.σ. εξαιρετικό παρθένο ελαιόλαδο
  • Αλάτι & πιπέρι για γεύση
  • Πίτα για σερβίρισμα
  1. Σε ένα μεγάλο μπολ βάζουμε όλα τα υλικά και χτυπάμε καλά μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθούν. Περιχύνουμε με ελαιόλαδο και σερβίρουμε με πίτα.
