Add avocado oil to a pan over medium/high heat then add your corn. Cook for about 3-5 mins until lightly browned. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne to taste. Set aside.
Cut the sweet potatoes into fries and coat with avocado oil on a baking pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook fries in an air fryer until cooked through & crispy. You can also cook them in the oven around 205°C (400 F). Cook until soft on the inside & crispy on the out. Flipping halfway through.

Chop up your Violife Feta Style Block into small cubes and set aside.
