  • 250 g Violife VIOBLOCK
  • 200 g Violife Epic Cheddar flavour block, grated
  • 150 g Violife Prosociano, grated
  • 250 g vegan cream
  • 750 g potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • cauliflower florets
  • Bread slices, grilled
  • Chili flakes, to garnish
  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain, place back in the pot and cover with a clean tea towel.
  2. In a saucepan add garlic and VIOBLOCK and sauté for 4 minutes. Pour in vegan cream, add grated Prosociano and Epic Cheddar flavour and whisk until creamy.
  3. Pour the sauce into the pot with boiled potatoes and use a masher to mash.
  4. When nice and creamy serve in a shallow bowl accompanied with cauliflower florets, grilled bread slices and a sprinkle of chili flakes. Enjoy!
