Cauliflower and Potato Mash

- 250 g Violife VIOBLOCK
- 200 g Violife Epic Cheddar flavour block, grated
- 150 g Violife Prosociano, grated
- 250 g vegan cream
- 750 g potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- cauliflower florets
- Bread slices, grilled
- Chili flakes, to garnish
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain, place back in the pot and cover with a clean tea towel.
- In a saucepan add garlic and VIOBLOCK and sauté for 4 minutes. Pour in vegan cream, add grated Prosociano and Epic Cheddar flavour and whisk until creamy.
- Pour the sauce into the pot with boiled potatoes and use a masher to mash.
- When nice and creamy serve in a shallow bowl accompanied with cauliflower florets, grilled bread slices and a sprinkle of chili flakes. Enjoy!
