200 g Violife Mozzarella flavour grated
150 g Violife Prosociano, grated
150 g Violife Epic Cheddar flavour block, grated
200 g pesto sauce
200 g marinara sauce
- In a big bowl combine all Violife products and separate into two bowls.
- In one bowl add the marinara sauce and in the other one add the pesto sauce. Season well.
- Evenly distribute the mixture into a greased mini muffin tin.
- Bake for 8 minutes at 180°C or until the mixture is nicely melted and the edges are golden brown. Remove chips from the tin and allow to cool.
- Garnish with small basil leaves and serve with a glass of wine!
