Cheezy Cloud Chips

  • 200 g Violife Mozzarella flavour grated
  • 150 g Violife Prosociano, grated
  • 150 g Violife Epic Cheddar flavour block, grated
  • 200 g pesto sauce
  • 200 g marinara sauce
  1. In a big bowl combine all Violife products and separate into two bowls.
  2. In one bowl add the marinara sauce and in the other one add the pesto sauce. Season well.
  3. Evenly distribute the mixture into a greased mini muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes at 180°C or until the mixture is nicely melted and the edges are golden brown. Remove chips from the tin and allow to cool.
  5. Garnish with small basil leaves and serve with a glass of wine!
