n a food processor, combine rolled oats, pitted dates, vanilla and salt. Pulse until a dough begins to form and ingredients begin to break down and stick together.
Transfer to a bowl and add Violife Creamy Original, whole oats, chocolate chips, maple syrup, and mix until combined.
Use 1 tbsp of the dough to make a small ball with your hands. Repeat with all the dough and place in the fridge to set.
