3 tbsp Violife Creamy Original
1 cup rolled oats (coarsely blended)
½ cup oats (whole)
10–12 soft medjool dates
2–3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
- n a food processor, combine rolled oats, pitted dates, vanilla and salt. Pulse until a dough begins to form and ingredients begin to break down and stick together.
- Transfer to a bowl and add Violife Creamy Original, whole oats, chocolate chips, maple syrup, and mix until combined.
- Use 1 tbsp of the dough to make a small ball with your hands. Repeat with all the dough and place in the fridge to set.
