  • 3 tbsp Violife Creamy Original
  • 1 cup rolled oats (coarsely blended)
  • ½ cup oats (whole)
  • 10–12 soft medjool dates
  • 2–3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  1. n a food processor, combine rolled oats, pitted dates, vanilla and salt. Pulse until a dough begins to form and ingredients begin to break down and stick together.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add Violife Creamy Original, whole oats, chocolate chips, maple syrup, and mix until combined.
  3. Use 1 tbsp of the dough to make a small ball with your hands. Repeat with all the dough and place in the fridge to set.
