400 g Violife grill me!, sliced in circles using a round cookie cutter
130 g flour
130 g oat milk
salt and pepper
FOR THE MANGO SAUCE:
3 tbsp mango chutney
1/2 lime juiced
1 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp tahini
3 tsp sriracha
1/4 tsp ground ginger
FOR THE BURGER:
4 (Handmade) burger buns
100 g baby spinach leaves
2 cups red cabbage shredded
2 tbsp mango sauce
1/2 lime juiced
1 handful of sprouts
1) To make the mango sauce, blitz all ingredients in a blender until a nice, creamy sauce is formed.
2) To prepare the Violife Grill me! patties, combine flour with oat milk, salt and pepper in a bowl. Dip Violife Grill Me! inside the mixture until fully coated and then remove, allowing any excess batter to drip off.
3) In a deep frying pan heat vegetable oil and fry the Grill Me! slices for 3 minutes on each side until golden.
4) In a bowl with some lime juice add the cabbage to marinate.
5) To assemble, spread some mango sauce on the base bun, top with baby spinach, the Grill Me! patty, some cabbage, sprouts and some more mango sauce on top and close with the other half of the bun.
