Spicy Burrito
This spicy vegan Burrito is everything you ever wanted! Simple recipe, ready in just 20 minutes. Definitely worth trying at home!

- Includes200 g Violife Tex-Mex flavour grated
- Includes1 tbsp oil
- Includes1 onion, chopped
- Includes1 green pepper, chopped
- Includes1 tsp oregano
- Includes3/4 tsp ground cumin
- Includes1/2 tsp onion powder
- Includes1/3 tsp smoked paprika
- Includessea salt and pepper to taste
- Includes2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Includes2 tomatoes, chopped
- Includes4 flour tortillas
- Includes1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- Includes1 avocado sliced
- Includes2-3 tbsp red cabbage, shredded
- Includes200 g fresh coriander
- In a skillet heat olive oil, add onion and sauté until golden. Add the pepper and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Then add the spices, garlic, tomatoes and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
- Toast the tortillas and fill with the veggie mixture, chickpeas, avocado, cabbage and Violife Tex-Mex Flavour grated.
- Roll the burrito up and fold in both sides.
- In a pan, toast lightly on both sides, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
