In a large pan heat coconut oil. Add the chopped onion and the Meatless Farm Plant-Based Mince. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the Plant Based Minced starts to brown. Add tomato paste, chili flakes, maple syrup and 2 tbsp of water, and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
To make the pickled onions, thinly slice a small onion and let it rest in a bowl with apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt for at least 1 hour.
o serve take a taco shell. First add the Plant-Based Mince. Then top with Violife Grated Original. Add some pickled onions, avocado, lime juice and a few coriander leaves. Enjoy!
