1 Violife Epic Mature Cheddar Flavor, grated
4tbsp Violife plant butter
1 pack Ditalini pasta
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 oz vegetable stock
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
2 sprigs thyme
2 onions, diced
Salt & pepper
4 tbsps olive oil

In a large pan, heat up olive oil over medium heat. Sautee onions for 5 minutes then season with salt, pepper, fresh thyme and Worcestershire sauce for another 5 minutes.
Add white wine and sauté until fully absorbed. Add the pasta and toast about 1 minute.
Add broth and simmer till fully absorbed stirring occasionally.
Add cream and mix, then the plant butter and turn off the heat. Lastly add the Violife Epic and serve. Season with more pepper and salt if you’d like. Enjoy!!
