Whisk the creamy and cream together until fluffy, for 2 minutes. Sift in the icing sugar. Fold until combined along with the vanilla stick. Place in a piping back with a nozzle and set aside in the fridge.
To assemble, crumble 4 biscuits into the base of 2 serving glasses. Top with the cream and some sliced strawberries. Repeat this layer in both the glasses. Garnish with strawberries and serve.
