- 1 pack of Violife Cheddar style Shreds
- 2 tbsp plant based butter
- 2 packets ramen noodles
- 100 ml oat milk
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce (optional)
- Fresh scallions or chilli flakes to garnish
- Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
- In a medium frying pan over medium heat, melt the plant based butter, pour oat milk and whisk until bubbly. Add the Violife Cheddar style shreds and whisk until a creamy sauce forms. For some extra spiciness you can add sriracha sauce.
- Remove from heat and add the noodles to the pan, mixing to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with chilli flakes or scallions and enjoy!
