- 1 Violife Creamy Original
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 200 g roasted or boiled beetroots, cubed and drained
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- A sprinkle of black sesame
- A handful of lamb’s lettuce
- Assortment of crackers
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until nice and creamy.
- Sprinkle some black sesame.
- Serve with crackers and breadsticks of your choice and a handful of fresh lamb’s lettuce!
