  • 1 Violife Creamy Original
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 200 g roasted or boiled beetroots, cubed and drained
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • A sprinkle of black sesame
  • A handful of lamb’s lettuce
  • Assortment of crackers
  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend until nice and creamy.
  2. Sprinkle some black sesame.
  3. Serve with crackers and breadsticks of your choice and a handful of fresh lamb’s lettuce!
