Open Sandwich with Violife Creamy Original! Gluten free snack or appetizer, so easy to make and full of flavour. You'll be making over and over again!

  • 200 g Violife creamy original
  • 4 slices of gluten free bread of your liking
  • 6-7 fresh radishes (sliced)
  • 50 g bean seedlings
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh dill
  • lemon juice
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  1. In a large bowl add the seedlings and the radishes and marinade them with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Spread a layer of Violife creamy original on each slice. Add the seedlings and radishes on top. Finish off with chopped dill.
