150 g Violife Viospread Light & Creamy
2 medium sized baguettes
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp chopped mixed herbs, parlsey, basil, oregano and thyme
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
- Use a garlic press for the garlic. Place in a small bowl, add Violife Viospread and whisk until combined. Add the chopped herbs, lemon juice and season to taste.
- Use a knife to make diagonal incisions into the baguette. Place on a lined baking tray and use a spoon to fill the incisions with Violife Viospread.
- Wrap the baguette in baking paper and place in a preheated oven at 180°C on grill for 10 minutes.
- Remove and serve whilst hot. Sprinkle with more herbs if you like it herby!
