  1. Peel and cut the avocado in slices.
  2. In a bowl crumble some Violife Greek White.
  3. In a medium pan, melt Flora Unsalted block and toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the pan and top with the avocado slices and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle on top some Greek White sprinkle some chilli flakes and drizzle some olive oil. Enjoy!
