Spinach and Mushroom Pizza
Surprise your dad with a spinach and mushroom pizza! Sprinkle with Violife Grated Mozzarella flavour and form different shapes. Happy Father's Day!

- 150 g Violife Mozzarella Flavour grated
- 1 pack store-bought vegan pizza dough
- 2 tbsp marinara tomato sauce
- 5 white Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp Spinach, sauteed
- fresh basil leaves
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Use a rolling pin to make a pizza shape with your dough. Top with marinara sauce and then sprinkle with Violife Grated Mozzarella flavour. Top with mushroom slices and a little bit of wilted spinach, making it look like a moustache.
- Bake the pizza until the crust is golden on the edges, around 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve.
