Spinach and Mushroom Pizza

  • 150 g Violife Mozzarella Flavour grated
  • 1 pack store-bought vegan pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp marinara tomato sauce
  • 5 white Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Spinach, sauteed
  • fresh basil leaves
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Use a rolling pin to make a pizza shape with your dough. Top with marinara sauce and then sprinkle with Violife Grated Mozzarella flavour. Top with mushroom slices and a little bit of wilted spinach, making it look like a moustache.
  3. Bake the pizza until the crust is golden on the edges, around 15-20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve.
