To make the chickpea patty, combine all the ingredients in a medium pot over low heat and mix well to combine.
Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. Peel off the skin and season with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Slice the base of the avocado slightly, so as it stands securely on your chopping board before you begin to assemble.
In a small bowl, place the red cabbage and mix with the remaining lemon juice. Spread the bottom half of the avocados with Violife Creamy and top with the cabbage shreds. Add the chickpea patties and top with Violife Original flavour slices. Sprinkle with some sprouts and top with the other half of the avocado.
Sprinkle with sesame and repeat with the remaining avocados. Enjoy!
