Tacos with Pulled Oumph!

- 1 pack Violife grated original
- 1 pack pulled Oymph defrosted
- 6 taco shells
- 1 tomato cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- coriander leaves
- 1 lime in wedges to serve
FOR THE AVOCADO SAUCE:
- 2 avocados
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp paprika
- juice of 1 lime
- salt and fresh black pepper, to taste
FOR THE SRIRACHA SAUCE:
- 1 pack Violife creamy original
- sriracha sauce
- onion powder
- juice of 1 lime
- Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the Pulled Oumph! on medium heat, according to pack instructions.
- To make the Avocado sauce, place avocado, garlic, ginger, paprika, lime, salt and pepper in a blender and pulse until creamy.
- To make the Ariracha cream, use a whisk to combine the Violife Creamy, the sriracha, the onion powder and the lime juice. Set aside.
- To assemble the tacos, spread the Avocado sauce on the base, top with the Sriracha sauce, the Pulled Oumph!, cubed tomato, Violife grated and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
- Serve with lime wedges.
