For the fettuccine:

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large pan add the butter and sauté the vegan chicken for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat. Remove and slice into slices.
  3. In the same pan, add the mushrooms and sauté until golden. Add the onion powder, Violife cream cheese, shreds and heavy cream. Season well.
  4. Add in the vegan chicken and stir until combined.
  5. Drain the fettuccine and add to the sauce. Stir well to coat.
  6. Transfer to a shallow greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs, plant butter and Just Like Parmesan.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Serve with extra freshly ground pepper.
