FOR THE ROCKET AND TOMATO SANDWICH:
  • 4 Violife smoky cheddar flavour slices
  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 1 tomato cubed
  • a handful of rocket leaves
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 5 olives sliced
FOR THE CHICKPEA SANDWICH:
  • 4 Violife smoky cheddar flavour slices
  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 2 tbsp guacamole
  • 4 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 small cucumber sliced
  • 2 tbsp canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
FOR THE AVOCADO SANDWICH:
  • 4 Violife smoky cheddar flavour slices
  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp pickled onion slices
  • 2 radishes sliced
  1. To make the above open sandwiches choose your favourite toppings, top the rye bread with the Violife Smoky Cheddar flavour slices and place in a preheated oven or a griddle pan for about 3-4 minutes, until the slices have melted.
  2. Then top the deliciously melted slices with your toppings of choice and enjoy!
