Smoky Open Sandwich

FOR THE ROCKET AND TOMATO SANDWICH:
- 4 Violife smoky cheddar flavour slices
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 1 tomato cubed
- a handful of rocket leaves
- 1 tsp paprika
- 5 olives sliced
FOR THE CHICKPEA SANDWICH:
- 4 Violife smoky cheddar flavour slices
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 2 tbsp guacamole
- 4 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 small cucumber sliced
- 2 tbsp canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
FOR THE AVOCADO SANDWICH:
- 4 Violife smoky cheddar flavour slices
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp pickled onion slices
- 2 radishes sliced
- To make the above open sandwiches choose your favourite toppings, top the rye bread with the Violife Smoky Cheddar flavour slices and place in a preheated oven or a griddle pan for about 3-4 minutes, until the slices have melted.
- Then top the deliciously melted slices with your toppings of choice and enjoy!
